CANTILEVER RACKING

BHD Vietnam Cantilever Rackings offer multiple configurations, allowing flexible solutions for many storage needs. They can be used indoors or outdoors. With the addition of decking, cantilever racks can also provide storage similar to pallet racking, with the advantage that, with no front column, there is easy access for loading and unloading as each storage slot is immediately accessible. This can lower your handling time and costs. The arms provide adjustable rack openings that easily accommodate various load dimensions.

Features

  • Unobstructed access
  • Storage flexibility
  • Various lengths of randomly stored
  • Wide range of load capacities suiting both standard and seismic applications
  • Center column design creates unlimited horizontal space
  • Fully customizable

Structural Cantilever Racking

Structural cantilever racks allow access from both sides. This design saves horizontal space normally lost to rack structure, reduces fork truck damage, and allows for faster load and unload times. With freestanding heights up to 30′ and 8′ arm lengths, they provide a lot of storage options.

  • The structural cantilever columns are manufactured using a W9.7” section, and the base is the same as the column.
  • Arm are produced using either light duty profile 4”, or medium duty profile 4.7”, or heavy duty profile 5.5”.
  • All cantilever columns are vertically adjustable on 4” centers.

Roll-formed Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Racking is designed with a C/C roll-formed upright column of hot-rolled coil, while the arm and column are bolted and connected by a lifting lug. The base is a welded single unit to be bolted with the column. Adjustable diagonal flats and connecting bars are designed to improve the whole stability.

  • The columns are manufactured using W305mm/W350mm/W410mm, and the base section is usually W305mm.
  • Arms are produced using either light-duty profile H120mm, medium-duty H150mm, or heavy-duty profile H180mm.
  • All columns are vertically adjustable on 76.2mm centers.
